This is what a Taivas classroom looks like — Campus Immersion at IIT Delhi. The next four slides are how we build it at Lancers.
Programme structureA weekly rhythm, inside the timetable.
Two classes a week, every week of the term
Two classes a week, timetabled straight into the school’s own schedule — not an after-school add-on.
Offline sessions are delivered on campus, face-to-face with the cohort; online sessions run on the same weekly slot every time. Timing, pacing and modules are built around the school’s academic calendar.
One batch, one trainer, one term
25–30 students, grouped by grade band, with the same Taivas trainer from orientation to showcase — so the trainer knows every student’s voice by week three.
Progress is tracked on the Taivas LMS and reported to the school every month — attendance, participation and a skills rubric per student, not just a certificate at the end.

Orientation
We meet with school authorities, then run an orientation session for students.
Week 0Classes run
Regular classes for 3–6 months — a semester — on the school’s own calendar.

Curriculum
Four strands, one curriculum.
Static GK
Interactive video lectures and notes covering school needs as well as geopolitics, economics, law and world history — easy, digestible content that builds a strong base.
Debate theory
The basics of debating in clear steps: Parliamentary and Oxford formats, motion analysis, argument building and delivery.
Debating practical
Real debates with speeches, rebuttals and cross-examination. Mock rounds with live feedback that sharpen skills and prepare students for competition.
Extra classes
Special sessions for top contests like Harvard, Oxford and the World Scholar’s Cup — advanced motions and strategies for an international level.

The proposal for LancersA month of debate at Lancers.
Two fixed slots a week, every week of the term. One class on campus with the trainer in the room; one live online from home, on the same weekday each time. Nothing for the school to reschedule, nothing for a parent to chase.

Static GK library, video lectures, motion banks and notes — every student gets a login, and the trainer builds on it in class.
Mock rounds with feedback
Students debate every week. Speeches, rebuttals and cross-examination, with the trainer scoring and correcting in the room.
Progress reported to the school
Attendance, participation and a skills rubric per student, sent to the coordinator every month — not a certificate at the end.
A showcase on campus
The term ends with a Showcase Debate at Lancers — parents in the audience, every student on stage.

The fee is borne by the school. The programme sits inside the timetable as one of Lancers’ curriculum offerings — the whole batch attends, and there is no parent-side enrolment to run.
Lancers provides the space and access; families enrol directly.
₹2,000 a month · ₹3,000 less than two terms
Same batch, same rhythm, same trainer. The school opens the programme to its students and gives us a room and a slot; Taivas runs registration, collects fees from parents and reports back to the school.

Orientation
We meet leadership, agree the grade band, batch and slot, then run a student orientation on campus.
Classes begin
Trainer assigned, LMS logins issued, first on-campus class in the agreed slot. The rhythm is set from day one.
First report
Attendance, participation and a skills rubric for every student, sent to the school coordinator. Repeats monthly.
Checkpoint
Term review with the school. Student-funded 3-month batches close here or roll into the full course.
Showcase Debate
Every student on stage at Lancers, parents in the audience, certificates awarded — and the door open to bootcamps and championships.
